We are one of the few Vermont firms that concentrates in all areas of divorce and family law including: divorce, civil union dissolution, parentage, custody, property disputes, child support and modification/enforcement in the Vermont Family Courts and before the Vermont Child Support Magistrates. We also represent family members in juvenile proceedings including delinquency, child abuse and child neglect cases. Our family law work over the years has produced a number of Vermont Supreme Court decisions concerning alimony, property division, real estate and pension valuations. We recognize that divorce is highly stressful, and we strive to provide support and timely resolution for our clients and their families.
