Personal Injury
This firm represents
plaintiffs in personal injury litigation
throughout Vermont. We are
experienced in assisting injured parties
through the insurance morass arising from
automobile accidents, work-place injuries
caused by persons other than the employer
(known as third-party claims) and premises
liability ("slip and fall") cases. We can
attempt to obtain a fair settlement with the
liability insurance carrier either directly
or through mediation, but if a fair
settlement is not forthcoming, we have the
experience to effectively litigate your
claim. Our work has included landmark
Vermont Supreme Court decisions and
settlements against the Vermont Department
of Social and Rehabilitation Services (SRS),
and a jury verdict in excess of $600,000
against a Hyde Park, Vermont man for a civil
battery against his estranged wife.
