July 1, 2011 - "Nick's Law" which was signed by Governor Shumlin becomes effective. This is an act relating to driving while intoxicated, forfeiture and registration of motor vehicles, the blood and breath alcohol testing and alcohol screening program, the minor guardianship study committee, confidentiality of cases accepted by the Court diversion project, and the uniform adult guardianship and protective proceedings jurisdiction act.
